Sounds of Gift of Gab Show

Gift of Gab is a Conscious Hip hop show that gives a voice to the underground, promoting the Hip hop culture in its purest form. It is a show that stands for social change, artivism and human rights through music.
It runs from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, every Saturday on Pawa Radio. The program takes live feedback from listeners via phone call ins,
sms and social media platforms.
The program runs for three hours, the first hour is an introduction of the Topic to be discussed and interaction with listeners as you welcome them into the program.

The second hour is divided into segments and also touches on the Topic of the day.

The first segment is called “Diamond in the ruff”, which features a hardworking artist who is still in the underground. We give a brief bio of the artist and play 2 of his/her songs.

The second segment is called the “Gal Pawa”, which features an outstanding Fe Mc, give a brief bio of the artist and play 2 of her songs.

The third segment is called “R.I.P segment”, where we give tribute to dead Mcs who were outstanding in their craft and play 2 of their songs.

The third hour focuses on new song releases, hip hop news and a wrap up of the topic and social media interactions. In case of a guest, this hour will be the interview segment
