A lover of cricket, snooker, and deep, soulful house music, Sipho’s passion for the genre was ignited during weekends and holidays spent at his grandmother’s home in the township area, Retswelele. His refined and “expensive” music taste was heavily influenced by his older cousin, Daniel Reno, a seasoned house DJ. Together, they developed a shared love for deep and soulful house classics that take listeners on a timeless journey.

Sipho is an old soul at heart. While studying Information Technology at the Central University of Technology in Bloemfontein, he taught himself how to DJ, perfecting his craft and developing a signature sound rooted in rich, soulful melodies.

A true vinyl enthusiast, Donny describes the medium as a “beautiful art” that enhances the depth and warmth of his sound. His Sunset Drive mixes have become a signature experience, transporting listeners into a world of smooth, classic, and luxurious house grooves.
