Infinity Athens. The year 1989 is the starting point and this phase stretches until 1994-'95. During these flinty years of underground electronic dance music, the only means of communication in Athens, GR where some radio stations (104,5 Channel 15, Space FM, Life FM), the foreign press (magazines disappearing on their arrival at some central spots in town) and of course, the independent record stores like Discobole, Raze, Tzina, Non Stop etc. Back then, just a trip abroad was everything 'cause it meant gathering brand new ideas about the underground music movement, something difficult to pump up in our country. At that time, all this hunger and love to spread the music gave the main incentive to start organising gigs wherever possible. Various outdoor places hosted our events like water tanks, roofs, forests, old warehouses, clubs and many other venues outside the limits of the city. Not to mention the unforgettable underground radio shows (Energy FM, Studio 2 104,2).

During the next few years, since the internet has proved to be a massive tool for every human being who loves and respects music, one could easily stay in touch around relevant events and info. Progress and convenience, though, do not hand in hand with purity. The events have still been going on in various clubs and bars, not only in the city but in other places around the country as well, in spots like City Groove, Atlantis, Pompai, Domus, Buddha, Mercedes cafe, One Happy Cloud, Blaze (Mauve Bar later), Club 22, Pairidaeza, Cherry, Interview, Plus X, Exo, Vitrine, Akrotiri, Bo, Story, Mikro, Partners le bar, Habeat etc., have wonderfully hosted our gigs with great success.
