Czech Dj Michael Rush aka Růšo. Around 2001, founded the Bassmekk soundsystem with his friends, which was active mainly in Czechia. At that time he was also one of the first freetekno dsj who started playing Breakbeat, which later became popular in the freetekno culture. In 2007 he went to Spain, where he lived for many years mainly in sqots. He was greatly influenced by Spanish punk and DIY culture. In Spain, he organized or participated in a number of illegal raves partys. Worth mentioning is Dragonfest or Vinatek, which is the period of Czechtek. He also spent several years in Italy, Norway. Since 2020, he lives in Munich, Germany. Mixes vinyl records also in digital form and his passion is digging in vinyl stores and collecting vinyl records.
