Bunker Music head honcho Adrian Bell delivers a phenomenal mix for The Poeticast this week for Episode 116.

Born & raised in Melbourne, Australia, Adrian bell enjoys collecting, playing and pushing proper dark, brooding techno - the weirder, the harder, the more abstract, the better! Drawing inspiration from the likes of Xhin, Psyk, Developer, Lucy & Mary Velo (to name but a few) he is infatuated with making people move involuntarily through music.

He has been DJ’ing since 2009 and in that time he has been fortunate enough to support some of the biggest & best in the business including Jeff Mills, Marcel Dettmann, Rebekah, Robert Hood, Mary Velo, Peter Van Hoesen, Xhin, Shed, Pfirter, Ben Sims, Rrose & Clouds as well as playing abroad in Berlin and Japan.

He is also the founder/operator of Bunker, a collective, brand & website which is focused around pushing techno from Melbourne and beyond through events, parties, interviews, mixes, reviews, charts and other varied mediums as well as supporting local techno DJ’s and producers. In November 2013 they toured Singaporean artist Xhin (Token/Stroboscopic Artefacts), ran a series of Open Air events over the Australian Summer months, began Soft-Pedal; a series of events that focus on artists producing and playing the very best in ambient, down-tempo, dub & electronica music and gained residencies at some of Melbourne’s most influential nightspots including The Liberty Socia, New Guernica, Survivor! & Power Station.
